Bought new 2026 truck 3 months ago. No owners manuals are included in new vehicles today. Absolutely ridiculous. Complained to the salesman (Cruz) and Chris (really everyone in the showroom) and Chris printed the whole owners manual for me. I could finally sit down in my truck with the manual (now in a 3 ring binder) and learn about all the unique features I never would have known about! I never buy the 1st time I am there. I like to think it over. And they weren't high pressure about it. Have them include a second set of keys before you buy. I went to a lock smith and got alot cheaper.

Was looking at used pickups and this new one popped up on my internet search. Called the dealership and talked to Randy Thompson in sales. Wasn’t really thinking new but after we put some figures together it made sense to go new over a slightly used one. The worst part of the deal was the 10 hour drive one way to pick it up but those hours amounted to thousands of dollars in savings.

Everything good except there was a dash piece broken,they knew what part it was , instead of ordering the part they made me an appointment. I drove all the way down therefore the appointment so they could tell me they will have to order the part. Now I can drive back down there again.I am a little P. Oed. to say the least about that.

Spoke to Isaiah (claimed to be Sales Manager) and Kevin (sales). Had an agreement on price and fees with both! When put in writing they added a 'confidence plus' fee of $895. Ridiculously underhanded imo. Be very careful dealing with this bunch. I walked away.

I was very disappointed in my experience yesterday with the service department. I had such a pleasant time purchasing my car with Kevin Lopez, that I had high hopes for a similar experience. The gentleman who checked me and my car in at 11:15 was very friendly and timely. He had asked me what I was bringing my car in for today, and I said it was for my blower system in my car. I mentioned it was either just flat out not working or that it needed a new one installed. He told me he would pass the info along, and I went to my friend’s car (my ride home) and went home until she had to go to work. I asked her to drop me back off at the service department. It was around 2pm. I didn’t expect my car to be ready once I got there, because I assumed it was going to be up to a 3-4 hr job. So I made myself comfortable in the waiting area, after I spoke to the woman at the desk who informed me my car was in-fact not ready. While I was waiting, I had another gentleman come in and ask me the same questions that I had been asked when I dropped off my car. I thought it was odd, but an answered politely anyway. He informed me my car has not even made it into be inspected, and he would be back within the hour to have an update for me. I told him thank you, and started to catch up on my missed episodes on my show. I watched 3 45min episodes, and not a word from anyone. By now its near 4:30 I went back up to the woman and asked again if she had any possible updates, and she told me that they would come and get me once there were. She told me she had informed them I was waiting. I said thank you, and asked for the restroom. I was stopped by the second gentleman that spoke to me today. He informed me that they do not have my blower system part in inventory. He told me that it needed to be ordered and that they would call me once it came in. Unhappy at the news I was hearing, I still politely said thank you went to the restroom. He told me my car would be pulled around and just a moment. Which I then went back into the waiting room for nearly another half an hour before I see my vehicle pulling up towards the building. I walk towards the entrance to wait for my turn to get my keys to my car, and hopefully and estimated time on how long it would be before the part came in. But all I got was an apology and a handshake, and was told my keys were in my car. It’s nearing the colder days. I have to drive to and from work in the dark. Not to mention, when I made this purchase on this car around 3 weeks ago, I was told the part had been ordered, and that I was soon get an appointment confirmation. (Which was yesterday). Ive been 3 weeks without air, heat, a fan, or defrost. I understand that things can happen, but the lack of communication in the service department is very aggravating. I’m really hoping to have a phone call from the service department very soon about my blower system FINALLY arriving.
