Absolutely the worst service department I have ever experienced. I took my car back after less than 8 months of having new tires put on. One of the tires had a broken belt. I was initially told that it would absolutely be covered under warranty, which is expected for a broken belt after less than 8 months. I was then told later that it would "not be covered because it did not blow out". I asked them to look at the tire, and they could see it was a broken belt. I was passing through the state of Iowa, on my way to Utah, when two rims on my tires were damaged, and the car was not drivable. This happened on a Thursday; Friday Shottenkirks had the rims ordered, and they arrived Tuesday the following week. Bought new 2026 truck 3 months ago. No owners manuals are included in new vehicles today. Absolutely ridiculous. Complained to the salesman (Cruz) and Chris (really everyone in the showroom) and Chris printed the whole owners manual for me. I could finally sit down in my truck with the manual (now in a 3 ring binder) and learn about all the unique features I never would have known about! I never buy the 1st time I am there. I like to think it over. And they weren't high pressure about it. Have them include a second set of keys before you buy. I went to a lock smith and got alot cheaper.

They do a good job but you tend to have do a lot of waiting around on them. We were there for over 3 hours the day we bought our vehicle and nearly 2 hours when we went back to pick it up after they serviced it.

Everything good except there was a dash piece broken,they knew what part it was , instead of ordering the part they made me an appointment. I drove all the way down therefore the appointment so they could tell me they will have to order the part. Now I can drive back down there again.I am a little P. Oed. to say the least about that.
I have a part that keeps falling off of my car on my 2024 car and they act like I’ve done something when they admitted that it’s a design flaw they act like I’ve hit something and treat me like I’m a dumb woman. I’m not happy.

Spoke to Isaiah (claimed to be Sales Manager) and Kevin (sales). Had an agreement on price and fees with both! When put in writing they added a 'confidence plus' fee of $895. Ridiculously underhanded imo. Be very careful dealing with this bunch. I walked away.
